Perfect Item and Great Customer Service

Firstly, I want to say I loved this pouch, it was exactly what I wanted, helps me keep my bag organised and it fits everything I needed.
Secondly, I want to thank the shop for their great service. This pouch is not available in this size and colour in my country. So I reached out to the team (not expecting much out of it) asking if it would be possible to ship it to me, as I really loved this item. They were super kind and helpful and got out of their way to send the item I wanted to me directly even though it was not available on the website! 🩵

Very satisfied with my first order. Ordered 2 jumbo bread puffers; one for myself and one for my friend as a gift.

Fast delivery via DHL as it's an international order so the shipment arrived in 3 days (but you have to pay your own import duty & taxes, of course)

Also happy with the fabric, the size, the colors and even the packaging! The pouch came in a plastic case with a cute words that made it a perfect gift. Love them!
