good totes reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions at any time without notification. By purchasing from good totes, the buyer has agreed to abide by the terms and conditions listed.


All orders for ready stocks will be processed and dispatched within 3 working days (excluding pre-orders). Pre-orders will take around one week to process once we receive the stocks.

Please ensure that your name, shipping address and mobile number are correct and complete before placing an order. In the event where a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect/inadequate shipping details, a re-delivery fee will apply.

All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of importation. Good Totes cannot predict and is not responsible for fees associated with importation. All fees, duty, or other taxes must be paid by the parcel recipient. In the event that the customer do not want to pay for import fees, the parcel will be returned to us and no refunds will be issued.


If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your tote bag, you can request for an exchange or refund. Please note that returns and exchanges are not allowed for sale items.

Discount codes are not stackable. Please ensure to key in any discount codes at the checkout page as we are unable to apply discount codes retroactively to a confirmed order.

Orders placed using discount codes are also not applicable for any returns or exchanges.
