Good Totes is looking for a Brand Executive who lives and breathes TikTok, loves making ideas go viral, and knows how to make things happen.
You’ll lead our TikTok and content strategy, and also manage on-ground brand partnerships and local affiliate collabs in Singapore. Think: filming with the team one day, negotiating a TikTok creator collab the next.

What You’ll Own
🎥 TikTok & Social Video
Plan, film, edit, and post scroll-stopping content for TikTok (5x/week)
Concept and execute original content series — skits, styling vids, founder POVs, behind-the-scenes
Manage our TikTok Live efforts (either host yourself or manage talents)
Repurpose top-performing content for ads and IG Reels
Jump on trends — but always add the GT twist
🤝 Brand Partnerships & Local Affiliates
Manage Singapore-based creators and community collabs
Coordinate with brand partners on timelines and deliverables
Occasionally help with campaign support, gifting, or events
Other ad-hoc marketing duties as assigned
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You…
Are extremely fluent in TikTok and IG short-form video — both as a creator and consumer
Have experience filming and editing video content (even just on CapCut or iPhone)
Are comfortable directing shoots or being on camera if needed
Can think strategically and execute fast
Have a great eye — you know what “good taste” looks like
Are naturally resourceful, persuasive, and full of ideas
