a small thing but the good totes team made
my experience so smooth – the bag i initially got, after one day of usage, the zip was unable to zip properly (the teeth kept opening when i closed my bag). by the end of the day, i sent a video proof to the team to let them know of the defect. honestly, as it was a friday, i wasn’t expecting anything until mid the next week but the amazing team got back to me the next day at 10pm. immediately, i was given an order confirmation for the replacement bag, followed by the team’s reply (big thanks to erika!) they made the experience so smooth and replaced my bag incredibly fast.
