We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our growing ecommerce team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day backend operations - from inbound shipments and inventory tracking to product listings and fulfillment coordination. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound Logistics: Track shipments, coordinate with freight forwarders, and ensure smooth delivery to our 3PL warehouses
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, update SKU status, and support restock planning across sales channels
• Fulfillment Oversight: Liaise with our 3PL to monitor order fulfillment, returns management, and work closely with the customer service team to resolve any delivery issues
• Product Listings: Manage product listings across all platforms (Shopify, TikTok Shop, etc.), ensuring inventory and product details are accurate
• Reporting Support: Prepare basic inventory and stock reports at the end of each month, including reconciling with 3PL data
• Systems Building: Build SOPs for recurring ops processes

Who You Are

• 2+ years of experience in operations, supply chain management, or logistics in an eCommerce, retail, or consumer goods company.
• Highly organized and reliable - you love checklists, tracking details, and getting things done
• A clear communicator who’s comfortable coordinating with external partners and internal teams
• Proactive and resourceful - you spot problems before they happen and take initiative to fix them
• Comfortable using tools like spreadsheets, basic dashboards, and Shopify backend (we’ll teach you if needed)
