Duties & Taxes

For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your destination country’s regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in our product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated.

As customs policies vary from country to country, we’re unable to advise on the exact amount that may be payable. We’re also unable to declare a lower value for parcels. If you’re unsure whether import charges may apply, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or not delivered due to unpaid duties or taxes, it may be returned, abandoned, or disposed of by the carrier or customs authority. In such cases, we may be unable to issue a refund, or any return shipping fees and related charges may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.


Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to pay import taxes and custom fees?

Unfortunately, we are unable to advise you on import taxes and custom fees as it's dependent on the destination country's import laws. We have no control over import fees and are unable to declare a lower value for your parcels. Please check with your local post office or refer here for the fees that you may incur.

In the event that you are charged with import fees and do not wish to make the payment, the parcel will automatically be disposed and no refunds can be issued.

Meanwhile, we are working closely with our courier provider to include import taxes at checkout.

My package is marked as delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

We know how upsetting this can be! Please contact us immediately and we will request for a search for your package with the mail carrier. Meanwhile, please also check with your family members/neighbours and your CCTV in case of porch pirates.

While we will try our absolute best to locate your parcel, Good Totes is not responsible for parcels that are indeed stolen or lost.

⚠️ Important Notice: Undelivered items due to incorrect addresses are not classified as lost and are not eligible for refunds or replacements. Please ensure your address is accurate when placing an order.

Can you ship my instock item separately from my pre-order item?

If instock items are placed together with pre-order items, your parcel will only be dispatched when all pre-order items arrive. If you would like your instock items to be dispatched first, kindly place separate orders.

If you've already placed your order and would like to receive your instock items first, you can email us at help@goodtotes.co to pay for two separate shipments.

An item in your bundle added previously is out of stock. The bundle will be removed. Please reconfigure your bundle.
