Awesome aftersales service! Received the item with some stains, and the customer service team went above and beyond to help - including tips to attempt to clean and eventually offering a replacement.
Cute little pouch that can fit a lot more than what it seems to. Very easy to retrieve in bags but yet not bulky at all!

Received my items today. Excited and disappointed at the same time. As I was putting my essentials into the pouch I realised there is a colour difference as shown in picture and video. :’(
