bought 2 thermal flasks. Delivery was super fast, came the next day ! 1 came in a perfect condition another one came with a defect. I went to email them, their email was prompt and fast. Had a replacement came a few days later ! have yet to use the thermal flask but looking forward to use it. recommended !! thank you !

So far does a good job at keeping me hydrated. Yet to try with hot drinks but keeps my water nice and cold. Would like if there's more instructions on how to wash, care for the bottle and if the plastic straw can be removed when filling the bottle with hot beverages. But all in all a worth it purchase! Love the color and wordings. 😁
